Celebrating 25 Years
Azalea Manor is privately owned and operated with three generations of elderly care and assisted living experience. We were established in 1983 and expanded in 1999 to accommodate approximately 30 residents.
Outstanding Facilities
We have 25 spacious private and semi-private rooms with private baths. Rooms are exceptionally clean, tastefully decorated, and fully furnished. Residents are encouraged to personalize their rooms or bring private furnishings as they wish. Housekeeping and laundry are provided daily, and residents are assisted with ambulation, bathing, nutrition, medications supervision, and all daily living activities as part of our regular routine.

Azalea Manor pioneered the Assisted Living and Personal Care Home industry. We have continued with our original tradition of providing exceptional care and attention to our residents at an affordable price.
Owners are dedicated and on the property daily. We maintain a high standard of quality care and services to all residents and have always far exceeded industry standards. We are private owners, and our stability and excellent reputation are well known.
